BALBOA ISLAND
The iconic scenery and perennial vacation feel of Balboa Island make it a favorite of residents and visitors alike.

LITTLE ISLAND
The Little Island, as it is affectionately known, is home to much of the island's most treasured period architecture. Reached by way of Park Avenue, heading east over the bridge by the fire station, one enters into a more secluded area with no through traffic, separated from the main island by the charming Grand Canal. Closed to most boating traffic, the Grand Canal provides even more water frontage to many of the islands' homes. There is a rare concentration of larger lots on the Little Island, which are often preferred by buyers seeking primary residences and many of the waterfront homes that line the edges of the Little Island feature preferred orientations, facing either South or East.

COLLINS ISLE
At the western end of Balboa's main island lies Collins Isle, the smallest and most exclusive of Newport Harbor's private islands. Properties on the isle, of which there are only eight – are all on the water with their own private docks, and situated with a variety of orientations encompassing sweeping views of the Main turning basin, Harbor Island, Bay Island and Beacon Bay. For those who wish to be close to the village lifestyle of the main island, but who also set away from the daily hustle and bustle, Collins Isle is an ideal destination.
